For the past four years, Ashley Melendez has been a Vocal /Piano instructor both privately and at KYR Music in Chino Hills. She has studied piano under the likes of Grammy award winner and conductor of the Glendale Symphony Orchestra Norman Mamey, Jazz/Classical pianist David Arnay and Classical pianist Dr. Nadia Shpachenko. Vocally, Ashley has studied under Classical Soprano Catherine Ireland and Dr. Susan Burns. Ashley has her Associates Degree in Music Performance and Natural Science as well as her Bachelors Degree in Classical Vocal Performance from California Polytechnic University. Ashley also has six years of Raqs Sharki/Cabaret Bellydancing experience; which she performs and instructs locally.
